Yup! Guys you heard the same… Now there will be No More Un-skippable ads on YouTube.

YouTube is a biggest Video Sharing website in India and all over the world. You can upload a Video of someone or something to the video-sharing website YouTube and it’s FREE.

The Total Number of people who use YouTube – 1,300,000,000. 300 hours of video are uploaded to YouTube every minute! Almost 5 billion videos are watched on YouTube every single day. In an average month 8 out of 10 18-49 year-old watch YouTube. Source:  Fortune Lords YouTube Statistics.

As YouTube is an FREE Video Sharing site, their revenue models are different. As the number of users on YouTube is very high so marketers do want to track this audience for their marketing campaign and considering YouTube as one of the most important mediums after television ads.

There are two types of audience on YouTube. First, users who have some content (videos) which they want to share on YouTube and second, companies wanted to market on YouTube. YouTube Ads are of two different types i.e. Display Ads, appears on the running video as a Band, Top & Right Side of a web page and Video Ads (Skip Ads & Un-Skip Ads) which appears when a user starts watching videos on YouTube. Skip Ads – Skip Ads normally appears when a user click on video he/she wants to watch on YouTube, but before that a 30-sec video ads appear, which display a product / services / information about the marketer which user can simply Skip (Optional) those ads after 30 Second. Once the Ad has been skipped or watched full, User will be able to see the videos which have been clicked before.

Un-Skip Ads – Un-Skip Ads normally appears when a user click on video he/she wants to watch on YouTube, but before that a 30-sec (between 30 sec to 2 minutes) video ads appear, which display a product / services / information about the marketer. User cannot Skip (Compulsory) must watch those ads full before enjoying the video they wish to watch.

This is the reason YouTube has decided to remove these Un-Skippable Ads from YouTube to give a user a better experience. Isn’t It Good? Yes… that’s really well.
